i have uninstalled my adobe flash player now i have tried to install the updated version of flash player and it says that it is all ready installed and it is not i do not have a flash player on my computer help how do i install the updated one

I HAVE WINDOWS 7 AND INTERNTE EXPLORER

Try this:

download the uninstaller from http://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/uninstall-flash-player-windows.html and save it to disk
download the installer from http://helpx.adobe.com/content/help/en/flash-player/kb/installation-problems-flash-player-windows.html#main-pars_header and save it to disk
close all browser windows, then run the downloaded uninstaller, followed by the installer
