    hello

    for japanese input:

    1. go to live.nicovideo.jp (you need to login to watch stream, just create free account if needed) / live.fc2.com

    2. pick and watch a live stream

    3. like on every streaming sites, there is comment box

when trying to write japanese in comment box, instead showing what i write in comment box, it will pop/showing in IME textbox

*i havent test with other japanese input, like google japanese input/ATOK or other else

for dual monitor with different scaling issue

    1. on sub/secondary monitor (that have different scaling with main display), open Firefox browser

    2. open flash content in any websites

    3. right click on the flash content, to pop flash menu, and select setting

    4. the popup setting box is not responding any input/click

*for work around is to drag firefox browser to main display and make any flash setting  changes in there

*this issue is in firefox, not happening in edge browser, and i havent test in other browsers
