file conversion from pdf to excel

Hello; I'm interested to buy and install Adobe file converter to excel . After 3 days waiting for troubles on www, it remains andn error message "Your browser IE 4 or earlier is not supporting macromedia.com" it happens I'm using IExplorer 10 on windows 7 (64 bits) my Flash Player installed is 11.7.700.169
