Firefox 41.0.2 Adobe Flash Player crashes on Windows 10

Ever since I updated to Firefox 41.0.1, Shockwave Flash has been crashing on me whenever I use it on Firefox. I am on Firefox 41.0.2 and this issue has not been resolved. This is a crucial issue. The last crash report I have is from October 26. Here it is:

Please try the 64-bit Beta Firefox for Windows. It should be a big improvement for you.

If that doesn't work, it's probably time to take a good look at IE, Edge or Chrome.
