it seems as though the 64 bit version of firefox won't let me install flash player, is it not supported at all for this browser maybe?

    Perhaps these links will be of help to you. My understanding of the 64-bit browsers are that you can install but to use Flash Player, you have to use it with the 32-bit browser.

    Also you may find more information on the forum here, maybe go back a page or two.

    Adobe has a 64-bit version of Flash Player 10 that is currently in alpha testing for Linux.  Although it is an alpha product, it seems to be pretty solid.  For other OSen, you're basically stuck using the 32-bit plugin.

    WOW!!  5 years in the making, thats what I call progress!  Of course after 5 years of development you would hope it was a solid product!

    Adobe does NOT support any 64 bit Apps or OS at this time and they are really draging their feet on this issue.

    Or do I just have to go back to 32 again?
