The latest Flash Player version for Firefox is 18.0.0.209.  Update to that version and you should be fine.

To update the ActiveX version (Internet Explorer) run Windows Update.

So I updated my Adobe flash now its is crashing a lot. I just submit the crash report to Firefox. Does anyone else have this issue? Like when I go to game sites.

Hi seahawk2015,

The page http://www.adobe.com/software/flash/about/‌ displays the entire version number of the installed plugin, whereas the screenshot you posted isn't including the build number.
