Firefox help needed... do I continue blocking or allow?

While using my Outlook email, I received the following message at the top of my toolbar... "Firefox has prevented the outdated plubin 'Adobe Flash' from running on https://outlook.live.com." So I tried to update Adobe Flash on my Windows 10 and received the following message from Adobe, "Flash Player is integrated with Microsoft Edge in Windows 10"  So why does my Foxfire browser say it is preventing the outdated plugin "Adobe Flash" from running on my Outlook email? Firefox is giving me the option to either continue blocking or allow. I don't know what to do, HELP!

Firefox and IE/Edge use 2 different versions of Flash Player. Firefox uses the NPAPI plugin and IE/Edge use the ActiveX Control, which Microsoft embeds in the browser on Windows 10.

The latest version of Flash Player is 22.0.0.192. To verify if you have the latest version for Firefox, do the following:

Launch Firefox and navigate to about:plugins
Look for Shockwave Flash entry and the version listed. For example:
If the version listed is lower than 22.0.0.192 you don't have the latest version, go to https://get.adobe.com/flashplayer (using Firefox) to download and install the latest version
