You know, you may get a more meaningful answer if you asked a question that was in some way actionable.

For example; in what way can you not get flash player? Does this affect a specific browser, operating system, use case? What have you tried and what problem are you encountering?

Etc.

You will understand that a simple "it's broken" (which is what your post amounts to) provides absolutely no information as to what might be broken and so how somebody might help you.
