Flash 10.3.181.14 not working in IE9 windows 32-bit

The latest Flash Player does not work in IE9.

I have Windows 32-bit

My manage addons: yes Shockwave Object is enabled with the latest version 10.3.181.14

When I open youtube it tells me I do not have flash installed. But I do. I have installed and uninstalled and installed several times in the last few days. Still does not work.

When I open msn home page the advertisement that usually runs down the right column is now displayed flashy and with distorted squares in the upper left corner of my browser. Youtube now plays the video in the upper left corner on top of the page.

Everything was working fine until Adobe sent me an update now message and I updated to the latest version of 10.3.181.14

This is so frustrating, I have finals this week at school and I need to work on my website but I am unable to due to the fact that all my flash files are displayed on top of everything and in the left hand corner.

Any suggestions on how I might fix this....asap?

thanks.

Try this: in Internet explorer 9, click on the gear icon in the upper right corner of your screen. Select Internet options, and then select the advanced tab. From there, check the enable software rendering instead of gpu rendering box. Let me know if this fixes the problem. Had the very same issue you do, and someone here told me to try this and it worked. Good luck.
