I have windows 7 using internet explorer 32 bit, adobe Flash

player was installed and working properly and then perhaps after a windows update wants to

reinstall.

I had done a clean uninstall using adobe's uninstall and I get the spinning icon saying

it's install properly, however I soon get the flash wants to install again.message.

Some flash videos on web sites are not playing others are playing fine.  I have flash 10.3 installed but it won't stay installed. Any idea I appriciate the help.

Can you be a little bit more detailed about that message; what does it exactly say?  Perhaps a screenshot of that message?

Well while waiting for tech support for over two hours I starting thinking some more.  I noticed my adobe web suit package of software was not update when I opened each app and did updates.  I also have an error happening that always asks me to reboot in order to finish the install but after reboot it asks to  be rebooted again.

I completely uninstalled the web suit and reinstalled but still the same errors.  When I do an add/remove and ask it to reinstall it displays the error can not find "

    adobecolorcommonset1.0.1all.msi" and "adobeextendscripttoolkit2.0.2all.msi"

I did a search on the hard drive for those files and their not there.  I did a search for them on the disc and their not there.

Ithink my flash player is affect by this problem and won't finish installing, so I have to finish the suit install.

I guess I will try to continue wait on tech support hopefully he won't take so long to answer tomorrow.

Sorry, I don't know if this is really a Flash Player problem.

Can you also post in one of the Creative Suites forum?
