flash 10h.ocx Error

Hello, I am typing in concern to the Error that I getting which is FLASH 10H.OCX, is there a way to fix this as when I had the old version installed I never had issues... I tried to go to an earlier version of Flash Player but everything is laggy as crap... I am just trying to access some of my games in Facebook it lets me play for a bit sometimes but it always comes up with this error, I thought it was my Machine so I formatted but I have read alot of forums & alot of people are having the same issue but no one knows how to fix it, so I thought that I would come to the source of it & see if I can get some assistance as this is very Frustrating & annoying...

I would appreciate help from amyone that would be greatly appreciated...
