Flash 11 Crashes PC

For the longest time I had my PC crashing on me randomly. Then one day I decided to downgrade my Flash player from 11 to 10 and the crashing stopped. I've been using it for a month now and no crashes. The problem is that every site and service everywhere blindly only supports Flash 11 and nothing I can do about that. So either I have my PC randomly crash or don't use the stuff I want to use.

Could this crashing thing please be fixed? What happens is one by one all the applications start to freeze and after a while the mouse and keyboard stop to respond too and I have to hard reset my PC. This might happen few times a week.

I'm using 64 bit Windows 7 and had the crashing occur with both Firefox and Chrome.

I appear to be having a similar issue.

I got sick of it and decided to just re-install Windows. But it's still happening!!!

I've noticed it seems to only happen when Firefox is running (haven't tried running another browser) and seems to be when Flash player has been running such as watching a Youtube video.

My PC then procedes to be laggy, the mouse curser even seems to lag (stays frozen on a a text select icon and goes a redish/yellow colour) and before long the computer becomes unuseable, usually it freezes up competely and I have to hard reboot. This has only happened once since the Windows re-install.

Before I re-installed Windows, other problems that I encountered were 'White Screen' freezes, 'Black Screen' freezes and sometimes the Video Card Driver even crashed.

What the hell is going on!?

One cannot be sure if this is Flash Player, but it appears to have a correlation.

Just a quick update.

I re-installed Flash 11 and have had it run for about a week now with no crashes.

No idea what caused it in the first place and no idea what fixed it.

If the entire PC is crashing (as in: total shutdown), you've got a LOT more serious issues than Flash Player could ever possibly cause.  Flash Player has NOTHING in it that can impact a mouse or keyboard. The ONLY hardware it affects are Webcams, Mics, and certain software parameters of your video card.

We'll need some additional information to go off of.  These two faqs describe what we'll need and how to report issues against Flash Player.

How do I report a bug against Flash Player for Google Chrome?

How do I report a Flash Player crash to Adobe?

Chrome Versio 30.0.1599.101 m

Firefox version 24.0

Flash 11.9.900.117

I haven't have crash data enabled and I'm using Firefox now.

I don't know how to reproduce the bug. It happens randomly and not suddenly like BAM you can't use anything anymore. Everything just slowly starts to freeze up. I guess keep using Flash 11? I've haven't noticed any site in particular producing this bug. One day I was watching a YouTube video... if that helps.

I can't send you a flash player crash report because by the time I notice something is wrong I can't use my keyboard or mouse anymore and the player itself doesn't really crash... it's everything else around it.

I don't know what else to tell you. Here's some DxDiag info: https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/59633503/DxDiag.txt
