flash 11 install

trying to install flash 11... says close firefox...... firefox is closed.....stops at 50 % complete

Download the full installer from http://forums.adobe.com/thread/909550 and save it to disk.

Close all browser windows and run the downloaded installer.

If you still need help, please specify your operating system & version & edition.

Hey Pat , thanks for the quick response.... I will try that..

Legend

If you are using Windows, do the following:

- Press Ctrl+Alt+Del

- Select Task Manager

- In the Processes tab, locate Firefox.exe

- Select Firefox.exe

- Click End process.

Hey Preran , Thank you for the quick reply..Yes I did that...As I said in the original post..I made sure Firefox was not running... I had stored the install in my documents...Checked task manager no processes running attemped to install again , same thing..
