Flash 14.0.0.176/7 not playing

Flash 14.0.0.176/7 not playing on Windows 7/64-bit on either IE 11.0.9600.17239 nor Chrome 37.0.2062.103 m. Uninstalled/reinstalled on machine. Disabled/re-enabled in Chrome. Still no Flash videos will play on either browser. HTML 5 videos play as normal.
