Flash 14.0.0.179 in archive?

Just curious if it is a change in policy for the latest Flash installers not to be posted in the Archive (at Archived Flash Player versions ) or if this is an oversight? I noticed the August 12 updates for Flash 11 and 13 are there, but not for Flash 14.
