Configuration :

     Flash 18ha install file; Firefox 38.0.5 ; Windows XP 32-bit Prof, SP3;

I   * download install file,

     * click to evecute

     *  'yes' to "open file -security warning, " dialog,

     * receive "Adobe Flash Player Installer" dialog with large print ( informing me that my update options have recently changed . ???)

     * wait for a long time  ( > 1 hour ) ( Task Manager shows Installer still running )

      * check Add-Ins & no evidence of Flash installed.
