Flash 21,0,0,197 not working in Safari 9.1

Reinstalled Flash. Javascript is on. But on this page:

I get this message (screen snap) - You need to update your flash player.

I've done the troubleshooting with respect to safari prefs, and emptying the cache.

Now what?

Are you using an ad-blocking or anti-tracking plugin? If so, you probably need to disable it.

If not, did you complete the steps in this guide?

If so, you might try uninstalling and reinstalling.

Uninstall Flash Player - Mac:

Then using safari, download and run the Flash Player installer from here:
