Flash

Good morning

I have a problem with the flash files, I view the material available in flash: use flash animations or movies, for example, tvn player (one of the required plug-ins it is flash) after a few minutes to crash, I do not know why. I was looking for a solution on the internet, browsed the forums and solutions but all or had already done or produced any results (some overlap with the information on your website). System is a PC with 7 X64 (with a mass of RAM and a large disk), and firefox. Some time ago I formatted and installed all over again.
