Flash Ads not Displaying on Windows 10

Hello ,

I am webmaster of apk20.com. It is using Flash Ads but I found My Ads are not appearing on Windows 10 , Mobile browsers. such like opera and uc browser

Also, on other versions of windows, the embedded YouTube Video floats over the screen.

Please help.
