Ran into this issue using scratch with my students - problem happens on both Mac and PC - you get the adobe menu instead of the contextual menu you want for your application --

    Hi,

    This issue is fixed in 21.0.0.216 for Chrome was released today.  If Chrome hasn't updated the Flash Player version yet:

    - launch Chrome and navigate to chrome://components

    - look for the pepper_flash entry and click Check for update

    - Chrome should download the latest version.

    Hi,

    We are aware of this issue and are working to resolve it.  You can monitor the bug at Bug#4136275 - Right click handler broken in 21.0.0.213 in Google Chrome for progress.  I believe if you comment, or vote, on it you'll receive notifications when the bug record is modified.
