Flash & CBS

I am having trouble with Flash player and CBS website. It will not load and play the television shows. I have Flash 11.9, Internet 9 (I think), and Windows 7. It works with youtube and other television sites, but not this particular one. I have tried contacting them but they say not their problem. I would very much appreciate it if someone could help me. Thank you. When I try to play one of the shows, it does not load. & when I right click on the screen, It says "movie not loaded"
