flash content keeps flashing on creen. Very annoying.

No error messages/installation problems. Just constant flashing on Facebook Poker, for eg

    btw it happened after installing the latest version of flshplayer. Running IE8, Vista home, 1gb ram,

    also, I reinstalled a few times (without errors) and it also happens on many web sites, the flash content keeps flashing
