Flash content not displaying

Question

I am having an issue with the latest version working as well i have to do a induction for work and i keep getting this message - This demonstration requires Flash Player version 8 or higher. - i have downloaded the newest version a few times now on both my browsers and it still keeps giving me this message does anyone have any thoughts

If Flash Player has been installed, without error, for the browser you are using you most likely need to enable Flash in the browser, as most browser vendors disable Flash by default. See the following for assistance:

direct link to content that is not displaying
