Flash crash with Mac OS X

Problem:
Flash Player 9 (all versions) crash both latest Safari and FF browsers.

This is done:
I have read all threads on this forum to find a fix, but nothing helps:
* uninstall with the correct Flash uninstall file
* repaired file permissions
* installed older flash versions
* again, repairing file permissions
This was done 10+ times, no effect

Then, I removed other media players as: Flip4Mac, Silverlight, VCL, DivX.
no effect.

Finally, I went to basic and reinstalled with a fresh OS, and then the Flash Player worked for 3 days :-)
Then, from nowhere back to flash crashes, I even turned off the updates to avoid this...

I guess, this is not an easy case, as there have been many entries, but any ideas out there??
