I am running 2 different machines, one with Windows 7 and the other Windows 10.  Trying play various Facebook games and the Flash always crashes. Have tried Explorer, Edge, Chrome and Firefox. Have uninstalled using the uninstaller and re-installing latest version (21.0.0.242) and still crashes in every browser on both machines. My 3rd machine on Windows 10 does not have any issues.  Is there a fix?  Windows 7 machine went down in January and the other Windows 10 machine just stopped functioning 2 days ago.

Unfortunately, "it crashes" isn't a discrete or actionable problem.

If you have a URL and a set of steps that demonstrate the crash, that's something I could look at and diagnose.

The first thing I'd do, is try disabling hardware acceleration:

    https://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/video-playback-issues.html

If the crashes go away, we need to look at drivers.

If you're still stuck, please follow the directions in the guide on providing the dxdiag report and additional information about what you tested and saw.

    Thanks for the reply.

I did disable hardware acceleration and went over all the drivers on this machine running Windows 10 and they are up-to-date.

    Chrome the error is - a plug-in (Shockwave Flash) isn't responding - stop plug-in

Explorer the error is - facebook.com is not responding - recover webpage

Edge the error is - facebook.com is not responding - recover webpage

All the above browsers are up to date with the current versions of Flash.
