Flash crashing on Chrome, Firefox and IE

I just tried uploading some photos to a website and each time I browsed for the photos my browser crashed. Then I tried emailing the photo and that also crashed the browsers. Chrome reported that Flash had crashed, so perhaps that's what is happening on IE and Firefox too.

Am using Vista on Windows 32. Please advise!

    What version of Flash Player are you using?

    Does the Event Viewer give any more details about the crashes?

    Please advise how to check this info. (I did just update Flash, though.)

    Where is the Event Viewer?
