Flash Distribution License Application Appears to be ignored

Question

Prior to the requirement to have Adobe ID's for a Flash Player distribution license, I was approved to have a license. After being told that I need an Adobe ID to be able to distribute Flash Player, I set one up and applied for the distribution license again. It's been quite a while, now, probably close to three weeks since I applied and I've yet to receive any information about whether or not my application is approved or not.
Please, help as soon as you can. Thanks!

The email comes from noreply@adobe.com and has a PDF attachment. Please check your spam folders for the email. If it's not there, private message me the name and email address used to request the license and I'll follow-up with the licensing team.
