Just a moment ago Flash Player DMG appeared on my desktop.  Also CarbonCore appeared.  A similar question indicated Flash was on  V 18.....  This one is 17 MG (wow), dated 12/23.    I'm attaching a screen shot and after pressing space ar.

The post continued to suggest running a terminal command.  I wasn't sure whether to add a space or not.  Here's both results:.

("My-computer" and "username" replaced the real information.

Because it seems old, I put it in trash.

I saw further information, but I didn't even understand the questions or comments.

I've got El Capitan, A Macbook Pro 13" late 2011, and a Honda Civic (it sometimes feels I need to provide my blood type.)
