Flash Download Error with Mac OS10

When attempting to use Pandora, I was informed that my Flash no longer existed and needed to be downloaded. However, every time I try to download it, it goes through the first steps but then gives me this error message: Application Initialization Error. I have uninstalled it completely from my computer and tried again to no avail. Would someone know how to convince Flash that it does want to download? Thank you so much for your help!
