Flash Error when publishing video on my site

I added a video in my site [link removed] But the video was unable to play for a flash error, I can play videos from other sites. So what is the problem ? can anyone help me about this problem?

Note: I uploaded the video in my hosting path. Youtube video plays well on my site.

    Also, a screenshot or full test of the error would be useful.  There's nothing here that tells me what might be wrong....
