Flash Freezing/Not Responding [URGENT!]

This morning I tried to play a flash game on facebook, and the game loaded up and began to freeze, then a box popped up asking me if I'd like to kill the page or wait for it to respond, I've tried both options and both of them lead to the entire browser freezing/not responding, so I have to go into task manager to kill the pages. Originally I was using Google Chrome, I've tried a ton of different troubleshooting options for that particular browser including trying the BETA version with no success, so I decided to test the game on other browsers (Firefox and Internet Explorer), where I would get the same freezing/not responding error. I then tried to go to youtube on all three different browsers, and youtube didn't work either, it also made the browser freeze/not respond. Like I said, this all started just this morning, last night up until 1-2am when I got off the computer all flash programs were working fine. Help please!

Additional Information: I am using Windows 7, Dell Inspiron 1545

How about a System Restore to a date before the problem started?

This is rather embarassing. All I needed to do was restart my computer, I don't know why that wasn't one of the first things I tried.
