flash help - Windows 10

Question

just got this HP computer with windows 10......keeps telling me flash is installed, but no (no) way to turn it "on", and it is

not shown in my "downloads"......each time (some 11 tries) it tells me I have it, but it is not shown as being in

my dumb dirtyword snot-sucking computer......what do I need to do ?????????? stay safe/thanks

I'm assuming you are using either IE or Edge browser and my reply is based on this assumption.

Microsoft embeds Flash Player in IE/Edge and the Flash Player ActiveX (for IE) installer will not run on Windows 10.

Microsoft disables Flash by default forcing users to enable it, usually on a per site basis. See the following for assistance
