Question

flash install stops after 5%

I keep getting a message that says the install has failed after it reaches about 5%

    Hi,

    Please provide following details:

    • OS you are using.
    • Browser you are using.
    • Version of Flash Player you are trying to install.

    To get latest version of Flash Player go to Adobe Flash Player Install for all versions page in your respective browser, and download and install Flash Player.

    For the issue you are seeing, please share the installation logs. For windows refer to Where do I find the Flash Player installation log on Windows? , for Mac refer to Where do I find the Flash Player installation log on the Macintosh? . You can go through How to share a document to know how to upload/share the files.
