flash install stops after 5%

Please provide following details:

• OS you are using.
• Browser you are using.
• Version of Flash Player you are trying to install.

To get latest version of Flash Player go to Adobe Flash Player Install for all versions page in your respective browser, and download and install Flash Player.

For the issue you are seeing, please share the installation logs.
