Flash Installation on Windows 11

I think that I have installed the latest Flash Player, but it does not work and does not show on the list of installed programs. I am using the Windows 11 operating system

I think you meant Flash version 11. Windows is on version 7 and 8.

Download again and reinstall.

Or possibly it's Windows 8.1 and IE11... In which case the Flash Player CANNOT be downloaded here, but MUST be updated via Windows Update.
