Flash installer not working and showing suspicious behavior.

Hi i just downloaded the flash installer from http://get.adobe.com/nl/flashplayer/

The odd thing is the following.

When i execute the installer it shows the first dialog about admin privileges whitch says the file is coming from adobe.

Then when i press execute nothing happes, well something does happen my mouse keeps showing the waiting dialog for about 1 second on and of around 30 times. I tried it a few times and while doing so took the following snapshot of my resouce monitor

For those who cant see, it seems to create many copies of itself where each one has one underscore and a 1 more, then it just stops.

I scanned the files and my pc with AVG and security essentials and both report nothing.

I am rather worried about this also because it seems the DE page is showing the google toolbar info in a very strange language.

I got the installation to work using http://www.adobe.com/products/flashplayer/fp_distribution3.html

My details are:

Windows 7 x64 ultimate

Installed in English
