Question

Flash is causing all my browsers to hang up or crash

Firefox freezes on most websites once flash apps start to play

Chrome will work on the sites Firefox crashes on

Explorer 64 bit gives me the following error:

"Windows Data Execution Prevention detected an add-on trying to use system memory incorrectly. This can be caused by a malfunction or a malicious add-on."

The computer is 3 weeks old.

I have done all the update from MS

I'm running the latest flash.

Any ideas?

So looks like Firefox and IE has a problem but Chrome works fine right?

What kind of system do you have? (get info from system by: Start -> run dxdiag)

             What OS:

             graphic card make/model:

              graphic card driver version/date:

What version of Firefox are you running on your system? Can you provide one site where Firefox freezes?

For IE, are you using IE9 (64bit version)?  See if this post help you on IE issue: http://forums.adobe.com/thread/885448

I can't seem to reproduce the hang, the link you provided above link to a page with 2 flash banner and a flash video.

If you indeed confirm that you Flash Player on Firefox is 11.0.1.152  and problem still persist: (version checker: http://kb2.adobe.com/cps/155/tn_15507.html)

Then please file a bug for us to investigate. How to file a bug: http://kb2.adobe.com/cps/839/cpsid_83975.html

    Thanks,
