Flash issue

Hi Trying to open my app and get an error saying the Flash needs to be installed. I follow all the steps and the flash is already set up. Any ideas how to rectify this issue?

      • browser, including version
      • direct link to content that is not working

      Hi,

      Operating system is windows 10, browser is Explorer can't provide any content as the app has a information banner come up and sends me to a link to install flash player which is already enabled.
