Question

Flash keeps crashing when I attempt to stream HBO now. Using Firefox 45.0.2 and OSX 10.6.8. Have Adblock plus installed, but have disabled it for viewing on this site.

Suggestions on the Adobe help page weren't helpful as the options given don't even exist as laid out for the pull down menus.

    21.0.  Just updated yesterday.  Cleared browser cache, cleared flash cache, disabled adblock, disabled hardware acceleration.  Firefox 45.0.2, Mac OSX 10.6.8.

    We're aware of an issue affecting some Macs with Firefox and Intel GPUs.  My guess is that we'll have a fix in next week's Beta (http://www.adobe.com/go/flashplayerbeta), but there is no ETA at this time.  Our next regularly scheduled release is in mid-May.


    In the meantime, you may want to use a different browser as a workaround.
