Flash keeps crashing - which plug in do I disable?

I've been trying to work cameroid.com but I keep getting an error saying Shockwave Flash has crashed. I've looked up how to fix this, and have tried disabling Flash under plug-ins but it's not working. Maybe I'm not doing it right.
