Flash loses more and more performance

I play flash games quite often, mostly casual games that doesn't stress my pc too much. It's a I3-5005U 2.00ghz, 1 year old, on win10.

My favorite game is an incremental which I use an auto-clicker, a software that constantly clicks my mouse for me so I don't need to smash it. Been playing it for ages now, but i ran into a problem i've never experienced with Flash. My auto-clicking software makes the game lose its responsivity entirely to the point my browser goes nuts as well. This is a very limiting issue for me as clicking is an important part of the game, the game isn't even close to heavy, and i've never experienced that.

Possible cause: After restoring my system to a previous state yesterday, the problem was solved. But it came again after I played a flash game that was more stressing (again). It may sound silly but i'm convict that playing a heavier game bugged my Flash player to the point only a format or previous state restoration solves the issue.

Browsers used:

Mozilla Firefox: Main browser, known for flash issues. Never had any issues with it in that regard, until that crazy responsivity loss began.

Google Chrome: Used to test after I started having issues with Mozilla. They share the similar issue.

Microsoft Edge: My backup browser, which runs both games to about 80% of the ideal responsivity. This means, even though my flash player is apparently bugged, this Works fine, but it's clearly not working as intended too. The responsivity loss was never presente in Firefox until this issue began happening.

Measures taken:

-Disabled flash protected mode from Firefox. No improvements.

-Disabled hardware acceleration. No improvements.

-Set storage capacity to maximum. No improvements.

-Clear flash cache manually. No improvements.

-Clean flash player reinstall, procceeded by clean Firefox install after a CCleaner run. No improvements.

-Repeated the proccess above after updating my graphics driver and running an Avast scan. No improvements.

-Restored the system to a previous state, which was based on 17/10/2016. Problem solved.

-Format the pc. Yet to be tested, though I really don't want to.

Not any different measures nor configuration changes in my system were made. As i said above, the issue came back after restoring my system. And i can't restore it again because the only option Windows will give me is to "un-restore". I only have 2 next steps now: Be saved through this forum or formating my PC, which I really don't want to, as I use it to work and i can't do it myself. As far as I can see it, i've done everything in my limited knowledge to solve the issue, but it didn't work. So please someone help me. Thanks.
