Flash not being detected on certain website

Question

I'm running on a MacBook Pro Retina - mid 2015, with processor 2.2 GHz Intel Core i7. Tried to download the latest Flash, and it says it has been downloaded, and all the PPAPI are up-to-date and installed, but some websites - moonpig.com mostly are telling me to download the latest version. I've never had this problem before, and really am a totally dunce with computers. Any advice?
