Flash not saving local data

Hi,

I am experiencing that flash does not store data in the appdata folder. For this reason I think that the games I played don't get saved after closing the browser.

I can see a new folder created when opening the game but without any files in it.

I am running Flash 24, IE11, Windows8.

I have checked that IE doesn't clear the cookies or the history and also checked the Flash settings so it can store data locally.

Do you have any idea why this is happening? I can see many other people also playing this game that don't have any problem.
