You're going to something that works in order to get to the frozen link, right?  Instructions like "go here", "click this thing" would be totally adequate.  I just need to be able to recreate the problem.

We talked about this in private message, but for completeness:

For the moment, I think you're going to need to use another browser.

I'd encourage you to point the tech support folks at this service to this thread.  If they want to give me a test account, I'd be more than happy to take a deeper look at what's happening.

What I *do* know is that this is either pretty specific to the intersection of Firefox, your system, and/or this specific content.  There's no magic wand to wave here.  You can probably use any other browser and work around this, and that's what I'd recommend in the short term.

Over the long-term, I'd really like to investigate the problem and work with the appropriate vendor(s) to get it resolved, but I need access to the thing that demonstrates the problem.

If you find other publicly-accessible content that behaves the same way, that would be helpful.

To give you any useful advice, I'm going to need to know more about your computer and browser:

Specifically, what version of Firefox?  Is it 32 or 64 bit Firefox?

    What version of Flash Player?

What's the direct link to the problematic content?
