Flash not working on online game

Hello,

i've got a problem playing with Forge of empire : the screen that shoud show me my city is back, while the rest is working normally.

I asked the support and they said I had a problem between Google Chrome and Flash player.

I dit all they asked and the problem is still remaining.

I use Windows 10, Google chrome latest version : Version 56.0.2924.87 (64-bit),

Flash player also latest version : PPAPI plug-in Version: 24.0.0.221, I also got the NPAPI for I tried to play with Firefox. I could teh reach my city but the game was awfully low...

I was said to uninstall and install Google Chrome and Flash Player, which I did. I went to Chrome://plugins and checked the "always allow" button

I also went to chrome://settings/content

ANd still I can't play...

Any idea of what I should do ?
