Flash Not Working on Some Sites

Flash Player is installed and shows this on test sites, using IE11. It doesn't work on at least these 3 sites:

broadcastify.com (browse feeds map of U.S.)

adobe.com/software/flash/about

radarbox.com (planes don't show up)

Can anyone help?
