Flash Player 10.1 is blocked on my Mozilla Firefox

So this isn't my laptop because personally I would stay with internet explorer....but, yeah. So My cousin uses Mozilla Firefox (Safe Mode) <--Not sure what version. But everytime I go here, or youtube. Or any where with like ANYTHING! It says I need to download the new flash player? http://www.phonezoo.com/CreateEditRingtone2.do?uploadAlways=true

It's really pissing me off. I don't know what to do because after I download it then it says successful blah blah blah. Then my Add-Ons pop up and nothing changes i've done everything rebooted and i'm just stumped. The PLUG-INS says getplusAdobe 16263, then under EXTENSIONS it says ADOBE DLM (powered by getplus(R)) can someone please help me. I've gone forever with no videos and not being able to upload things...GRRR help me please? What am I not doing right?

    Download the FP uninstaller from http://kb2.adobe.com/cps/141/tn_14157.html

    Close all browser windows, then run the uninstaller.

    Now try the 10.1 install again; make sure that no browser is open when you run the installer.

    Okay I did find some more info out. But I still need help. This is what my flash files look like.
    I am using Firefox 3.6.3 also.
    Flash10e.ocx === Flash.ocx
    FlashInstall === flashplayer.xpt
    FlashUtil10e === FlashUtil10h_Plugin
    Install === NPSWF32.dll
    uninstall_activeX

    So PLEASEEEE! HELP ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! URGENT PLEASE!

    Hi KB, Thanks for the info on the files. I can see what you are going to need to do, but need to know what your operating system is. What OS of Windows? Also what version of Internet Explorer? IE7, IE8?
