Hi, I'm kinda new to this thing so...

I have a Win7-64bit, IE8-32bit, IE8-64bit and Firefox 3.6.13-32bit and just recently, for some reson, I'm unable to watch videos from YouTube and other websites that require Flash Player.

I've followed the troubleshooting guide to Uninstall, Re-install Flash Player 10.1, temporarily disable ad-blocking softwares and changed my firewall settings but I still can't watch videos.

My situation is: when I open a video the buffering-thingy keeps rotating while the video NEVER loads.

Please help me

Hi, One of the first things I would like you to check is an addon. Using IE, go to Tools, Manage addons and look for "Show"(very light text) Look in "All addons" and "Run without Permission"  Let me know if Shockwave Flash Object is Installed, the version number listed and is it Enabled.

Then, using IE, go to Tools, Internet Options. Under the Security Tab, set it to Medium for the Internet Zone.

Using FF, look in the plugins for Shockwave Flash (SWF) and make sure it is Installed and Enabled.

If you use Adblock in FF, disable it please.

Hi, if you haven't turned off the hardware acceleration feature then I would suggest you do that. Go to youtube and as soon as the video starts, right click on it and click on Settings and you should see a Display Setting; UNcheck the hardware acceleration.
It is also recommended to update your graphic and video drivers to the latest versions. You may see an improvement by just turning off the hardware acceleration feature. If you have a problem with the youtube video, then go to this Adobe site. You should see the Flash logo in animation(spinning) as soon as the site opens. Use both browsers for this test. The version of Flash Player will also be displayed. I need to know if you can see the animation for each browser and the versions of Flash Player that you have.

Let me know on the above.

    Thanks,
