OK, I have a broadband connection and I can't seem to downlaod flash player 10.2! My browser is Firefox by the way, my OS is Winodws 7 64-bit and my anti virus is Norton 360. The downlaoding stops after some time and an error message pops up which says:

C:\Users\gateway\Downlads\install_flash player.exe.part could not be saved because the source file could not be read. Try again later or contact the system administrator.

I tried to redownload again but to no avail. this error message pops up after some time.

Please help! Thanks!

Hi, Be sure to use the 32bit browser is one thing. The other is that you need to use the Administrator Account for Permissions needed. Also be sure that you close all browser windows when Uninstalling and Installing.

See if this Troubleshooting Guide will help:

You may want to try using the Manual Uninstall/Install, which you would SAVE both the Uninstaller and Installer to your Desktop.

    Let me know,

    thanks,
