Flash Player 10 crashing. simple language please.

Hi I know you have answered this a million times but i dont understand all the tech language so here goes. my flash player 10 crashes when i play zynga games. I run a 32 bit, Internet Explorer 8 can u help?

    Hi, you'll need to post back your operating system of Windows. Do you use any other browsers? If so which and what version?

    Go to this test site and what version of Flash Player is indicated and can you see the animation?

    What Anti-Virus program do you use and version if you have it. Does it have a Firewall and if not do you use any Firewall other than Windows Firewall?
