Flash Player 10 download problems

Hi,

I'm just wondering if someone can help me sort out a problem that I'm having when I try and download Flash Player 10 (my computer told me to update and so I uninstalled everything ok but it won't install the new version). Every time I try, I get an error message which says 'a network error has occurred'. Does anyone know how to fix this? My OS is Windows 7 and my browser is IE.

    • download the Flash Player uninstaller mentioned in section 1 (save to disk);
    • download the executable installer for Internet Explorer from section 5 (save to disk);
    • close all browser windows, then run the downloaded uninstaller, followed by the installer.
